Residents of South Manchester will once again get the opportunity to experience sport thanks to Mancunians RL.
The Hough End based club host their second “Try it” event day on Sunday (20th May) and are encouraging families to come and get involved. In addition to cycling there will be the opportunity to try Walking Football (10-11am), Walking Netball (11.15-12.15) in addition to junior rugby (between 10:30 and 11:45. All children welcome between the ages 3-10).
“We know it is a particularly busy time for families but leisure time and sports are a good way of keeping active and everyone will be made welcome.” Club director Stefan Hopewell said.
“We see these “Try it” days as a good way of demonstrating what we have to offer and it would be great to see some more people taking part in our activities.”
