Join us for our latest ‘Step On’ session on Wednesday June 21st. This month we will look at the ‘why’s behind our coaching style at Mancunians. 
Togther we will look at the philosophy and inspiration behind our coaching style and through some group work we will develop a written philosophy for the club and together we will become empowered coaches.
You will get an oportunity to improve and strengthen your practice as a sports coach so that your sessions will be better and your participants will be more engaged. 
This is suitable for all coaches and volunteers at Mancunians or those who simply want to find out more about what we do and vitally, why we do it.
